- At least 20 car parking spaces (or equivalent open area)
- South, south-east, or south-west facing aspect preferred
- No major shading from nearby buildings or trees
- Grid connection capacity available on or near the site
- Site is owned freehold or has a lease of 25+ years remaining
- Planning permission is achievable (we assess this for you)
